How to make orders through resellers account.

Before you’ll start working with Elcomsoft resellers system please read carefully guide provided below.

1. Select desired products from our site (this is special link ONLY for our partners) and proceed to order submission by pressing "Purchase" button.

There you can review your order details, adjust quantity, choose currency and language.
(See screenshot 1 below). After finishing click on “Checkout” button.

2. To be able to get advantages of our partner’s program you have to login with your Reseller ID and password (see screenshot2 below). Enter data at the appropriate fields and click “Login” button. If you forgot your reseller's ID and/or password, you can use the Request login information form.

3.On this screen (see screenshot 3 below) you have to setup several important options:
- Payment method
- Currency

- Licensing and shipping method.
You can then decide whether licensing and shipping should be done in your or your customer's name. If you’ll choose the last option you have to enter customer’s details in the appropriate items (see screenshot 4 below).
In this case he will then receive an e-mail message from Share-it, containing his registration information, but neither the product price no your Partner discount.
After finishing click on “Next” button.

4. At this step you can enter optional information with your internal order number and contact person (see screenshot 5 below). Click “Next” upon finishing.

5. On this screen you’ll have to check carefully the data you entered and adjust it if needed (see screenshot 6 below). To complete the order click on “Order” button.

To check your purchase history, invoices and company data please visit your account control panel (for login just use your reseller ID and password).
